ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

SERVICES PROVIDED
TTR Summit Hollow, Inc. provides business consulting, strategic advisory, operational planning, and related professional consulting services. All services are subject to availability and written agreement between the company and the client.
NO PROFESSIONAL GUARANTEES
All consulting services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Clients remain responsible for all business decisions and implementation actions.
PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each engagement. Fees may be structured as project-based, milestone-based, or retainer agreements. Payment terms will be outlined in the client agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due upon receipt and payable within thirty (30) days.
LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of up to 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of consulting services, payments for completed services are non-refundable. Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice; however, fees for work already performed or scheduled are due. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable processing fees.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may recommend or coordinate with third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party providers.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, content, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies provided by TTR Summit Hollow, Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTR Summit Hollow, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws in the United States.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
